Keith Shuttlewood has been involved with photography for more than 20yrs. Early in 2006 he gave up a well paying job aged 49 to pursue a career in photography. He first used photography to record the many and varied scenes on travels through many countries through the ninety's.
Since 2006 he has been photographing a wide variety of subjects in the UK and abroad to supply image library's:-

He is passionate about producing the finest quality photographs, and to achieve this he has attended quality courses run by Charlie Waite's company "Light and Land" and Scottish based professional photographer John McKinlay.
His equipment includes 2 digital camera bodies, 5D & 20D with a selection of Canon L lenses from 17mm-400mm with Lee filters. On the software side he uses Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop and Breezebrowser.

His photographic work covers landscape, sport and travel photography, all outdoor work using natural light. He operates his business under the name of Active Image Photography which he believes encapsulates his photographic style of colourful outdoor photography.
